A year of fairs, workshops, roadshows, and remarkable student journeys.

2025 was a year of full halls, full schedules, and fuller dreams. Each month carried its own stories of parents gaining clarity, students discovering new possibilities, and institutions coming closer to the young talent of Nepal. We didn’t just guide students for study abroad. We helped them to choose the right path, ask the right questions, and walk forward with confidence.

Here’s how we lived in 2025, event by event, city by city, dream by dream.

Europe & North America Education Fair 

We began the year with two continents welcoming Nepalese students into their academic horizons. The fair brought together top institutions, insightful sessions, and countless moments of clarity for students seeking opportunities abroad.

Parents’ Workshop – February

Every big decision starts with informed parents. This workshop helped families understand visas, budgets, academic pathways, and long-term career outcomes. Worries softened. Confidence grew.

ANZA Education Fair – 21st March

Australia and New Zealand, two highly loved destinations, came together in one hall. Students explored courses, PR pathways, scholarships, city choices, and institutional offerings with direct representatives.

Parents’ Workshop – 23rd May

Guiding parents is guiding futures. This workshop focused on academic career alignment, safety, finances, and choosing a country that truly fits their child’s long-term goals.

KIEC Roadshow 2025–June

Ten days. Multiple cities. Hundreds of conversations. The Roadshow brought KIEC’s counselling desks directly to students across Nepal, making proper guidance accessible right where they are.

UK Education Fair – 27th June

The UK remained a strong favorite among students. From top universities to practical course choices and post-study pathways, the fair was filled with meaningful discussions and real academic planning.

Multi-Destination Fair – 29th August

A single hall filled with opportunities from around the world. Students explored options across Europe, North America, the UK, Australia, New Zealand, and more discovering that education abroad is never one-size-fits-all.

Australia & New Zealand Education Fair –  November

The traditional favorite. Students and parents engaged directly with universities, clarifying everything from part-time opportunities to tuition fees and long-term career growth.

Parents Workshop –  December

We partnered with Kathmandu Gorkhas in NPL 2025

We partnered with Kathmandu Gorkhas, marking an exciting collaboration in Nepal’s growing sports ecosystem. Through this partnership, KIEC actively supported youth engagement, teamwork, and the spirit of competitive excellence. The association reflected our commitment to empowering talent and connecting education with real-world inspiration.

To achieve AIRC Certification, KIEC successfully underwent a rigorous self-evaluation and external review based on the AIRC Certification Standards, which assess an agency’s business practices and the effectiveness of services provided in recruiting qualified students to accredited educational institutions in the United States of America.

We also hosted our Annual Picnic in 2025, creating a perfect opportunity for our team to unwind and recharge beyond the workplace. The event encouraged bonding, relaxation, and shared laughter, helping everyone return to work refreshed and motivated. It reinforced our belief that a positive work culture thrives on balance and connection.

If 2025 was about momentum, 2026 will be about transformation.
