If you want to specialize in helping people deal with their drug and alcohol issues, you are required to undertake Alcohol and Drugs Work. It will prepare you to enter the workforce in a community service role by providing you the skills to help clients who are addicted to drugs and/or alcohol and facing several problems. This comprehensive certificate focuses on the two main areas of demand in the alcohol and other drugs sector: outreach work and community work. You can earn a career across a variety of community services settings such as mental health and youth work with the help of skills gained during your studies.
